Section 21
Disposition versions
21. Where a single suspension or coupling device of a carrier or of any other moving part of a ride is used as a retainer, the owner shall install on the carrier or on the moving part a safety retainer unless he proves to the inspector that such retainer is not necessary to ensure the safety of users.
